OVERVIEW

In 2018, Adobe hosted three Adobe Symposium events across the APAC region, in India, Singapore and Sydney. The 2018 event combined previous flagship Adobe events (MakeIT and Symposium) into a new format to create the largest event Adobe had hosted in the Asia Pacific region.

MY ROLE

As one of only two designers within the Digital Experiences team at Adobe, I was given the task of collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to produce all-encompassing digital and print assets for the event. The process required collaboration between internal team members and external stakeholders, such as agency partners, vendors and customers.

I developed engaging print and digital design solutions across various channels in support for the Asia Pacific events in Sydney and India. This included wayfinding, digital signage, rich media digital banners, email marketing, menus, posters, lift screens, on-stage keynotes, web design, app design to name a few.

I acted as brand custodian, owning, managing and implementing brand guidelines, providing guidance and direction in its usage with all developed collateral to ensure the strength and unity of the Adobe brand and Symposium event.

THE OUTCOME

All regional events were very successful. The Sydney sold-out event saw over 3,500 marketing and creative types converge at The International Convention Centre (ICC) to share great ideas with industry leaders and peers.

My team received glowing feedback from India in regards to their consultation efforts with internal teams and agency partners.
